To my incredible community,
I’m writing this today with a mix of gratitude and caution. As most of you know, the support you show me—whether it’s through a kind message, a gift, or simply showing up—means the world to me. You are the reason I can keep creating, and I never take that for granted.
However, I need to share some important news regarding how we interact. Amazon has recently announced a major change to their Wishlist feature that directly affects our privacy and safety.
The Situation: What’s Changing?
Starting March 25, 2026, Amazon is removing the option to block third-party sellers from fulfilling Wishlist orders.
In the past, I’ve kept my list restricted to items "Shipped and Sold by Amazon" to ensure my private address stayed encrypted within their system. But with this new update, if a fan buys a gift sold by an independent merchant, Amazon will share the recipient's delivery address directly with that seller to complete the fulfillment.
While Amazon frames this as a way to offer more "buying options," for creators like me, it creates a significant security loophole. It means my home or shipping address could potentially be exposed to third parties I don't know.
Your Safety (and Mine) Comes First
I’ve always seen our space as a sanctuary—a place of mutual respect and fun. Because Amazon is shifting the responsibility of privacy onto us, I’ve decided to make some changes to how I handle support to ensure we stay safe and protected.
How You Can Still Support Me
I love receiving surprises and tools that help the mission as well as the rewards, but I want to do it the right way. Moving forward, here is how we can keep the love flowing without the privacy risks:
The "Secret" Wishlist: I am moving my public Wishlist to a private setting. If you’ve been a long-time supporter or would like to send something specific, please contact me directly. I will provide a secure link or a vetted way for us to coordinate so that information stays between us.
Support via Fanbase: For those who want to support the content monthly, Fanbase is the best way to ensure I can keep the lights on while keeping our data secure.
Buy Me a Latte: If you’re looking for a quick, one-time way to say "thanks" or "great job," you can always Buy Me a Latte here. It’s fast, easy, and doesn’t require any shipping logistics!
Final Thoughts
It’s a bit frustrating when the platforms we rely on make it harder to stay safe, but I’m grateful that we have such a tight-knit community that looks out for one another. Thank you for understanding why I’m taking these steps.
Your support is the fuel for my creativity, and I’m so excited for everything we have coming up next.
Stay safe, stay kind, and thank you for being here.
With love,
